Primary Objectives
  • CAA provides a platform to preserve, protect, and promote the arts, culture, traditions, telugu language, literature, and heritage of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh by organizing cultural programs, workshops, and seminars for its members and supporters
  • CAA participates and provides its support to the local community development activities/services on environment, health, welfare, and charity activities primarily in the state of Illinois, USA
  • To support development of the state of Andhra Pradesh, India through its service wing, the Chicago Andhra Foundation (here onwards abbreviated as “CAF”) in the areas of education, health, rural development, women empowerment, welfare, and charitable aid activities including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. It may also participate in fundraising activities to provide aid as deemed appropriate by the board of directors to charitable causes outside the state of Andhra Pradesh.
  • Shall remain as independent organization, with no affiliations with any local, national, and/or International organizations.
