RULES AND GUIDELINES:

Participants will be given 3 hours to complete the Muggu/Rangoli/Kolam
Competition time 2:00 to 5:00 PM will be strictly implemented. Check-in begins at 1:30 PM
Please be on time. No exceptions will be made that would impact event schedule
No cheat sheets/stencils/pre-drawn/printed documents allowed
Always secure your personal belongings. CAA or Venue providers are not liable
Team can be comprised of a maximum of 2 adults or Mom and Kids
At least one of the team members must be 18 years or older
Each team will be assigned a spot and entrees must be created within the designated spots

Judging will be based on the following Criteria:

Overall Appearance and appeal , Design/Theme , Details and Clarity in the art , Color combination, Creativity, New ideas.

The judges' panel will determine the winners. Their decision is final.
